Enrollment Process
Before enrollment can be finalized, parents must complete the following steps:

-
Receive a letter of acceptance.
-
Submit completed enrollment forms on the Brightwheel platform, along with the $100 nonrefundable application processing fee. This fee is due only once a guaranteed space is available.
-
Submit a completed General Health Appraisal and up-to-date immunization records. Highlands Montessori accepts medical exemptions only. Personal, religious, or non-medical exemptions are not accepted. Any medical exemption or medically authorized catch-up vaccination plan must be completed and signed by a licensed healthcare provider and submitted prior to enrollment.
Available spaces are filled based on the date the completed application is received, with priority given to the following considerations:
-
Siblings of currently enrolled students receive first preference.
-
Classroom balance will be maintained, considering factors such as age, gender, and previous Montessori experience.
If no space is available at the time of application, children will be placed on a waitlist and admitted as openings occur.
Please note that acceptance into one age group does not guarantee a spot in the subsequent age group. While current families are given priority for transitioning to the next level, due to our small size and low turnover, this transition cannot always be guaranteed.
